Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How it works
Every 9tember piece is printed to order. After you place your order:
- Production: your items are printed and packed just for you, which usually takes a few business days.
- Shipping: once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and busy seasons (especially November and December) can add a few days.
Ordering for a holiday?
If your crew wants to match on the day, order early. We'll post order-by dates here as each holiday gets closer.
Group orders and multiple items
If you order several items or sizes for a group, they may arrive in separate packages depending on where each one is produced. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Canada
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on the order.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Because production starts quickly, we can only update an address before your order goes into production.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
