Each 9tember piece is printed to order just for you, so returns work a little differently than at a big store. Our size charts list exact measurements for every style. If you're unsure about a size, ask us before you order. We're happy to help.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, with a printing error, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

• your order number
• a clear photo of the issue

For any other return or exchange question, please contact us before sending anything back, and we'll let you know your options.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it.

Canceling an order

Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us right away. We can cancel orders that haven't gone into production yet.
